2022 Mina Clinics Summer Externship Program
This program was first established in 2018 and is designed for dental students who are interested in furthering their education in Endodontics, Orthodontics, Prosthodontics, Periodontics and Implant Dentistry. Applicants will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge and understanding of various dental specialties by working with Masters and highly skilled professionals in their own fields. Trainees will attend clinics, labs, treatment planning sessions but do not treat patients.
Program Duration : 6 Weeks
In Mina Clinics, the activity of all accepted externs will be limited to clinical assistance and observation of consultants, general practitioners and lab technicians.
Participants can expect to obtain training in the following areas:
-Clinical assistance and observation in basic and advanced procedures.
-Participation in treatment planning sessions and follow-up of cases.
-Work on various projects related to practice management.
-Learn to apply digital
technology in day to day dentistry
Certificate:
An externship certificate of attendance will be awarded only after successful evaluation and completion of the program

Interviews and Admission Process
Program interview will be offered to selected candidates following review of completed applications. The clinics will not be able to accommodate interviews or tour requests prior to acceptance.

-Brief personal statement of Academic Interest (Arabic or English)
- C.V (Curriculum vitae)
-Dental school transcripts .
-Current CPR certification (if applicable) .
